Morpheus Space is revolutionizing the space industry by developing and manufacturing electric satellite propulsion systems. Our technology e.g. helps to prevent satellite collisions in space reducing the ever-growing amount of space debris. At our facilities in Dresden, we develop and manufacture our electric satellite propulsion systems for the global market.

🌟 Your Responsibilities

As a key contact for all people-related topics, you will take on a variety of responsibilities and play an active role in shaping our HR landscape:

  • acting as a trusted partner to our leadership team, managers, and employees on all HR-related matters

  • supporting and implementing HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and contractual requirements

  • keeping our HR processes running smoothly, bringing structure to administrative tasks, and ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date

  • managing and continuously improving our HR system, Personio

  • collaborating closely with our external payroll provider to ensure all HR-related processes run efficiently

  • driving the end-to-end recruitment process, from the first application through to contract signing, while partnering closely with hiring teams to attract the right talent

  • organizing team events, company celebrations, and employee anniversaries that strengthen our culture and create memorable experiences

  • supporting occupational health and safety initiatives together with our external partners

  • serving as a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees across the organization

  • contributing ideas to further develop our HR practices and helping turn those ideas into reality as part of the team

Job requirements

🤝 What You Bring

  • a degree with a focus on Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or a comparable HR-related qualification

  • ideally, 2 to 3 years of professional experience in HR management and recruitment

  • a structured and self-driven working style, combined with strong organizational skills

  • a hands-on mentality and the willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational HR topics

  • excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • strong interpersonal skills, confidence in influencing others, and the ability to build trusted relationships

  • fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
