... design, build, and iterate electric propulsion hardware, test equipment and tools
... plan and execute vacuum chamber testing, performance characterization, and environmental testing
... troubleshoot test anomalies and rapidly iterate designs based on test results
... analyze test data and operational data and correlate results with models
... write and maintain development documentation, test plans, and reports
... research materials, technologies and suppliers
... support manufacturing, assembly, and integration of propulsion hardware
... support qualification and acceptance testing
... work closely together with other teams in development and production

Job requirements
🤝 We should get to know each other if you…
... have a M.Sc in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
... have strong fundamentals in plasma physics, electric propulsion, or spacecraft propulsion
... have several years of experience in the design and testing of electric propulsion systems, bonus is having experience with FEEP (field emission electric propulsion)
... have experience with product development, having worked on products that have been used by customers
... have hands-on experience with vacuum systems and lab testing for hardware development
... have experience with data analysis, using python or similar tools
... have experience with test planning and writing technical reports
