Morpheus Space is revolutionizing the space industry by developing and producing state-of-the-art electric satellite propulsion systems. Our technology helps prevent satellite collisions in space, thereby reducing the ever-growing amount of space debris. Our electric satellite propulsion systems are developed and produced for the global market at our locations in Dresden.

🌟 In this role, you will…

• … lead daily production operations, from assembly to vacuum testing and electrical verification

• … guide your team through active, hands-on leadership on the shop floor

• … drive our scaling efforts – including the timely procurement of equipment and infrastructure

• … hire, onboard, and develop new team members

• … stabilize and continuously improve our series production processes

• … plan and manage production, including capacities and resources

• … establish and enhance a pragmatic quality management system

• … collaborate closely with Development and implement engineering changes into series production

• … track key production metrics and derive effective improvement measures

• ... own, manage, and report on the financial performance of your department
