Morpheus Space is revolutionizing the space industry by developing and producing state-of-the-art electric satellite propulsion systems. Our technology helps prevent satellite collisions in space, thereby reducing the ever-growing amount of space debris. Our electric satellite propulsion systems are developed and produced for the global market at our locations in Dresden.

🌟 In this role, you will…

• … analyze, improve, and harmonize existing and emerging quality processes in Production and Supply Chain

• … define quality objectives, monitor performance, and derive actions to achieve those targets

• … build, develop, and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001

• … ensure proper documentation of our production processes and monitor adherence to them

• ... use sound judgement to strike the right balance between quality and speed to ensure production scaling

• … monitor and improve supplier quality, incoming inspection quality, and production quality

• … ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process, including defect management and CAPA

• … support root-cause analyses and establish structured problem-solving methodologies

• … define, report, and use quality-related KPIs to drive continuous improvement

• … work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Development to implement pragmatic and effective quality solutions

• …bring at least 5 years of experience in quality management for hardware, electronics, or precision-mechanical products

• …have solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and understand how to build and evolve a QMS in a pragmatic way

• …work hands-on, structure processes independently, and set priorities clearly based on impact

• …are strong in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing production and test processes

• …possess fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken

• …take ownership, communicate reliably, and collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Development

• …appreciate a dynamic startup environment, adapt flexibly to change, and still strive to establish process stability
