Morpheus Space is revolutionizing the space industry by enabling dynamic satellite constellations for the first time using the fusion of advanced electric propulsion with artificial intelligence. At our site in Dresden, Germany, our electric satellite propulsion systems are developed and produced for the global market.

🌟 In this role, you will…

  • Drive Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with satellite manufacturers, integrators, and space agencies across Europe

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to contract signature—while maintaining pipeline discipline through Salesforce

  • Engage Stakeholders: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with executives, engineers, and procurement teams

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with pre-sales engineers, product teams, and customer success to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction

  • Represent the Brand: Attend major trade shows, conferences, and customer events to evangelize Morpheus’s propulsion offerings and industry leadership

  • Report and Optimize: Provide regular updates to leadership on sales metrics, customer insights, and market trends

Job requirements

🤝 We should get to know each other if you…

  • Languages: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience: 3–7 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the new space, aerospace, or defense technology sectors

  • Track Record: Proven success in selling complex technical products or systems, with experience managing deals from discovery through negotiation and close

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with satellite platform providers, integrators, and space technology trends in the EU market

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to independently prioritize, plan and execute territory strategies in a cross-cultural, dynamic setting

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), video conferencing platforms, and remote collaboration tools

  • Availablity to Travel: Frequent travel within the EU for customer meetings and industry events

  • Bonus: Experience selling into or partnering with European aerospace primes or space agencies (e.g., ESA, DLR, CNES)
